Good job on the race. 

The best calf strengthening exercise is also the most basic one … calf raises. If you do a cycle of 3 where your toes are pointed in, straight and out, you'll hit all three muscles.

Nice shirt. And nice race for some sketchy training, which seems to be what you're good at. And I give three cheers for DD who saved the day in several ways.

If by sketchy training you mean different but still good then I guess I’ll agree.

I'm so lame. I packed my Dave Pi Pie eating headband hat to wear for my NYC 1/2 but didn't wear it. You may have to rescind my Muskrat 2020 mug.
